01

Who We Are

MYSPOT MEDIA is a property media and 3D documentation brand operated by Meridian Logistics LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, “MYSPOT MEDIA,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Meridian Logistics LLC operating through the MYSPOT MEDIA brand.

Questions about this policy or our handling of personal information may be sent to myspotmediainfo@gmail.com.

02

Information We Collect

Information you provide may include your name, company or brokerage, email address, telephone number and preferred contact method.

Booking and project information may include a property address or location, property type and size, requested services, package and add-on selections, scheduling preferences, access method and instructions, property status, special features and additional notes.

When you communicate with us, we may retain the contents of your message and information needed to respond. Our website and service providers may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and approximate interaction data.

03

How We Use Information

We use information to review booking and project requests, communicate about availability, scope, pricing and scheduling, prepare and deliver requested services, maintain business records, improve the website and protect the security and integrity of our operations.

We do not add you to marketing communications solely because you submitted a booking or project request. Any future marketing program should provide its own clear choice and unsubscribe method.

04

How We Share and Store Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website and process requests, including Framer for website hosting and forms and Google Workspace services such as Gmail and Google Sheets for receiving, organizing and responding to submissions.

Information may also be disclosed to contractors or professional advisers when reasonably necessary for a project, to comply with law or protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

05

Cookies, Analytics and Do Not Track

The website and its hosting providers may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are necessary for site operation, security, performance and basic analytics. The exact technologies may change as website settings or service providers change.

Some browsers provide Do Not Track signals. Because there is not a single industry standard for responding to these signals, the website does not currently alter its practices in response to Do Not Track. Where legally required, we will honor applicable browser-based privacy signals.

06

Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, provide services, maintain project and business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the project.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, email system or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit passwords, financial account information, government identifiers or other unnecessary sensitive information through property access or notes fields.

07

Your Privacy Choices and California Rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided, or request information about how it has been used or disclosed. Send requests to myspotmediainfo@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when permitted or required by law.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to our operations or to a particular request, California residents may have additional rights, including rights to know, delete, correct, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, opt out of sale or sharing and receive non-discriminatory treatment. We do not currently sell or share personal information as those terms are commonly used under that law.

08

Third-Party Services

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Framer, Google, Matterport, Zillow and social or media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by this policy.

A link to a third-party service does not mean that MYSPOT MEDIA controls or endorses all of that service’s practices.

09

Children’s Privacy

The website and our services are intended for property owners, real estate professionals, property teams and construction professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through the website or another reasonable method.
