Acceptance and Operator

The MYSPOT MEDIA website and services are operated by Meridian Logistics LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the website, submitting a request or accepting a written project confirmation, you agree to these terms and any project-specific terms provided to you.

If a written proposal, confirmation or agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project-specific document controls for that project.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general information about our property media and documentation services. It is not legal, architectural, engineering, surveying, inspection or financial advice.

We may update service descriptions, availability and website content without notice. Errors or omissions may be corrected when identified.

Booking Requests, Quotes and Confirmation

Submitting a booking form, project inquiry or requested date does not confirm an appointment. A project is accepted only after MYSPOT MEDIA reviews the scope, availability, access and pricing and provides written confirmation.

We may request additional information or decline work that cannot be performed safely, legally or within the requested scope.

Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on the website are starting estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary by property size, location, access, selected services, project requirements and deliverables.

The final scope, fees, payment schedule and any taxes or additional charges will be stated in the applicable confirmation, proposal or invoice. Do not send payment information through general form fields unless a secure payment method is specifically provided.

Client Responsibilities and Access

You are responsible for providing accurate project information, obtaining authorization to access and capture the property, coordinating occupants and securing pets, and ensuring approved areas are safe and ready at the scheduled time.

Access instructions should contain only information reasonably necessary for the appointment. You must not provide passwords, financial account details, government identifiers or unrelated sensitive information.

Scheduling, Weather and Site Conditions

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be communicated with the booking confirmation or project agreement. We do not publish a universal cancellation fee in these website terms.

Drone services depend on safe weather, site conditions and legal airspace availability. We may postpone, modify or stop work when weather, access, hazards, occupants or other conditions make capture unsafe or impractical.

Deliverables and Revisions

Deliverables, processing timelines, hosting periods and included revisions are defined by the selected package or written project scope. Delivery estimates begin after the property has been captured and all required information has been received.

Requests beyond the approved scope, including additional areas, edits, formats, visits or hosting, may require a revised timeline and additional quote.

Media Rights and Permitted Use

The MYSPOT MEDIA website, brand assets, layouts, text and other site content are owned by or licensed to Meridian Logistics LLC and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Ownership and permitted use of project photography, video, 3D tours, floor plans and documentation will be stated in the applicable package, proposal or project confirmation. No broader transfer of rights should be assumed.

Third-Party Platforms

Some services may use or link to third-party platforms such as Framer, Google, Matterport, Zillow or social media services. Their availability, features, hosting and terms are controlled by those providers.

MYSPOT MEDIA is not responsible for interruptions, changes or restrictions caused by a third-party platform, although we will reasonably communicate known issues affecting an active project.

Construction and Documentation Limitations

Visual and 3D documentation is provided for reference and the agreed project purpose. It does not replace a municipal or code inspection, engineering review, architectural service, survey, formal lender inspection, percentage-of-completion certification or legal report.

Measurements, navigation and spatial information produced through third-party capture platforms are not represented as survey-grade unless a separate qualified technical deliverable is expressly included in writing.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are performed with reasonable professional care within the approved scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are otherwise provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written project agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Logistics LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the website, a third-party platform or services. Any direct-liability limits stated in a project-specific agreement also apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any additional dispute process or venue will be stated in a project-specific agreement when applicable.

We may update these terms as the website, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
